Any reforms must confront health care costs.
Now that President Obama has been inaugurated for a second term, he says he'll focus on immigration reform. One aspect that needs public scrutiny is the fact that the Affordable Care Act benefits legal immigrants, but excludes undocumented immigrants.

The American people deserve to know what that cost would be and how it would be funded before any legislation that allows legalization is passed.
