Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, left.
It's as predictable as the sunrise. Every time liberals lose an election, within minutes the whining begins about what they believe is the true cause of their loss. It can't possibly be because a majority of people do not agree with their big-government, tax-and-spend philosophy. No, that can't be it. After all, what truly enlightened person would not agree with everything liberals hold so dear. No, it is always for the same reason. Because of the money spent. If it weren't for the fact that opponents of the recall spent a lot more than the proponents did, things surely would have gone their way. This argument is not only becoming tiresome, but extremely insulting. Time to get over yourselves and wake to the reality that the majority of people in this country do not see things through your eyes, are not idiots swayed solely by TV ads, and want to stop the march toward becoming another semisocialist Western European disaster.
