Some individuals are critical of President Obama's "go slow" strategy with Iran's atomic energy/bomb efforts. Hasty action by previous presidents has cost Americans trillions of dollars.
The worst case was President Nixon's order to use a massive airlift to rearm Israel after the Yom Kippur war in October 1973. OPEC was so enraged it ordered an embargo of oil to the United States.
The increased cost of gasoline, security at airports and subsequent wars has cost us trillions of dollars, and it isn't over. We should thank our president for his careful actions.
