One of two boaters pitched into a northern Minnesota lake remains unaccounted for, authorities said.

Two men were tossed from their boat early Tuesday afternoon while on Hay Lake, located near Pine River, according to the Cass County Sheriff’s Office.

Searchers have yet to locate the other man as of Wednesday morning.

The Sheriff’s Office has yet to publicly identify the men.
