Charles E. Tralle

Charles E. Tralle passed away April 18, 2024, at age 78. His family will plan a Celebration Of Life for summer of 2024.

Chuck is survived and loved by a large extended family. His immediate family includes his spouse Colleen Tralle, one of his three sisters Sue (Dennis) Nelson, and his three daughters and their families: Jennifer & Curt Knudsen with children Riley and Delaney, Kelley Tralle with child Dylan, and Carrie & Jon Callahan with children Hunter, Dakota, and Oliver.

Chuck's life was spent in Minnesota, growing up in Northfield and Bloomington, attending college at the U of M (gopher fan forever), raising a family in St. Louis Park, and most recently enjoying 25 years on Barnum Lake in Hackensack.

Chuck spent over two-thirds of his life with spouse Colleen. Together they worked hard, earned much respect, raised three children, loved time with extended family, and built lasting friendships. Chuck is known for his dedicated work life of over 30 years as a structural engineer for Honeywell. He had generally good health most of his life, and his passing was unfortunately related to complications from sepsis after a routine elective surgery. Chuck was able to hear "I Love You" and appreciations from his spouse, children, and grandchildren prior to passing.

Colleen and family appreciate the loving sentiments everyone has expressed thus far. They look forward to hearing more stories, sharing laughter, receiving hugs and celebrating Chuck's life during events that are TBD for the summer of 2024.
