Arnold Alvin Aker

Aker, Arnold Alvin 71, of Park Rapids, MN, went home to be with his Lord on February 19, 2007 after a courageous battle with cancer. He is survived by his loving wife of fifty years, Cecile; son, Kevin (Pam) Aker of Mora, MN; daughters, Kimberly Kietzman, Nevis, MN and Kay (Mark) George of Cedar, MN; 4 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter; brother, Donald (Janice) Aker of Moundsview, MN; 2 Christian children, many relatives and special friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Oscar and Mary; son-in- law, Joel Kietzmann. Funeral on Thursday 1 PM at the Bethany Lutheran Church, Nevis, MN. Visitation on Wednesday evening from 4-9 PM at the Cease Funeral Home, Nevis, MN, also for 1 hour prior to the services at the church on Thursday. Burial services held on Friday, 2-23-07 at 11 AM at the Morning Side Gardens Cemetery, Blaine, MN. Arrangements Cease Funeral Home, Nevis, MN.
