Floyd S. Barkley

Barkley, Floyd S. Age 91, of Aitkin, died Sunday, October 8, 2006. He was born Nov. 15, 1914 at Pipestone, MN. He was preceded in death by his parents, John S. and Ella (Strange). He is survived by brother, Warren; and sister, Nan Ring (Rolland); 3 nephews and 4 nieces. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Oct. 11 at 1:30 PM at the Westside Church. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to services at the church. Burial will be in the Bennettville Cemetery near Aitkin. Arrangements are with the Sorensen-Root-Thompson Funeral Home in Aitkin.
