Smith, Dorothy Kosowan "Bacon" age 83 died peacefully January 21 at Cottagewood Senior Communities in Buffalo, MN. Born in Gardenton, Manitoba, Canada, "Bacon" resided mainly in Brownsville, TX and Minnetonka, MN. She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings, and beloved husband F. Jerre Smith. "Bacon" is survived by her stepson, friends, nieces and nephews. There will be a memorial service for "Bacon" at Cottagewood Senior Communities, 407 8th St NW, Buffalo, MN Wednesday, February 18 at 1:30 p.m. Interment will be at Rose Hill Cemetary in Rockmart, GA.
