Olson (Pomije), Sharon Katherine age 65, of Savage, MN. Born July 20, 1949, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Nov. 2, 2014 at the Lodge Hospice Home in Burnsville after an almost 10 year battle with multiple myeloma. Survived and forever loved by her two children, Jenny Olson (Andrew) of Mpls and Tom Olson (Sarah) of Richfield; her former spouse, Glen Olson of Mpls; her father, Dr. Robert Pomije and stepmother, Bev Pomije of Peru, IL; brothers and sisters, Deborah (Michael) Forkins of Savage, Nannette (Jim) Greenfield of Minnetonka, Richard (Cheryl) Pomije of Prior Lake, Mary Pomije of Duluth, Susan (Clayton) Bosquez of Richfield, Thomas (Jane) Pomije of Lakemoor, IL; stepbrothers, Mark Kalina of LaSalle, IL, Jim Kalina of Peru, IL, John Kalina of Utica, IL; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Preceded in death by her mother, Mary Ellen Pomije (Floyd) (1964), sister, Michelle Pomije (1964), stepmother, Jeanne Pomije (Server) (1973), brother, Robert (Bobby) Pomije (2001), stepbrother, Jeff Kalina (2006); stepsister, Katie Cloutier (Kalina) (2009); sister, Arlene Pomije (2011); and her grandparents. Sharon's greatest joy were her children, family and friends. She will be missed by us all but we will treasure all the memories shared. It broke our heart to lose you, but you did not go alone, for part of us went with you, the day God called you home.
