Munter, Robert C. age 82 of Roseville died peacefully surrounded by his family on October 6, 2014. He was preceeded in death by his sisters, June and Arlene. He is survived by wife of 53 years, Doris; children, Beth Jones (Rick) and Bob (Deb); grandchildren, Clay and Briana Jones and Jake and Jordan Munter; sister, Janet Wages and many nieces and nephews. Robert was a Korean War veteran and a long time employee of the University of Minnesota, where he retired as the head of the Soil and Research Science Laboratory. Robert was an active contributor to the Dassel Cokato Historical Museum. Visitation Thursday from 4-7 PM at the Roseville Memorial Chapel, 2245 N. Hamline Ave and one hour prior to church service. Funeral service Friday, 11 AM, at North Heights Lutheran Church, 2701 Rice St., Roseville. Interment Roselawn Cemetery. Memorials preferred to North Heights Lutheran Church.
