Cilcain, Judith Ann Cargo Age 71, of Saint Paul, passed away September 21, 2014, at-tended by David S. Cargo, her husband, and Kashia Curney, her daughter. Preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Evelyn Becket. She is survived by her husband; daughter Kashia (Craig) Curney; grandchildren Jazmyne, Autumn, and Tristen. Judie worked at the University of Minnesota for 29 years in a variety of departments, retiring as an executive secretary in 2009. She was active in Liberal Catholic Church of Saint Francis in Minneapolis, where she was ordained as priest in 2009. In retirement she volunteered for Feline Rescue, the Friends of the Parks and Trails of St. Paul and Ramsey County, and knitted for many charity causes and fundraisers. She will have a Requiem Eucharist at the Church of Saint Francis, 3201 Pleasant Ave. S., Minneapolis, on Sunday, Sept. 28, at 10 a.m. This will be her funeral as well, with a Eulogy/life story and celebration her life. This will be followed by a vegetarian potluck in the church basement. This is in-tended to be a boisterous and rousing party in her honor, with music, photos, and fond memories. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to two causes to which Judie made substantial donations of her own time and money.
