Miller, Thomas D. 54, of Annandale died Sept. 11, 2014 at the Rochester Methodist Hospital surrounded by his family. Funeral 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 16 at Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church - St. Martin Campus, Rogers. Visitation 2 hours prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred. He is survived by his two sons Derek (Kayla) Miller of Annandale and Lee Miller of Bemidji; two grand children Kimber Miller and Austin Brown; parents Milton and Tina Miller of Rogers; brothers David (Donna) of Maple Lake, Mark of Delano and Todd of Fergus Falls; sisters Carol (Marc) Grefsrud of Buffalo and Teresa (Jeff) Bader of Princeton; and many nieces and nephews. dingmannfuneral.com
