Richard Klavins

Klavins, Richard age 85 of St. Louis Park. Richard was Latvian by birth, but American in spirit. He was proud of his heritage and was active within the Minneapolis and St. Paul Latvian community. Richard is survived by his beloved wife of 57 years, Anna; son and daughter-in-law, John and Ann Marie; daughter-in-law, Margaret; grandchildren, Luke, Joshua, Kara, Benjamin, Katie, Rachel and Isabelle; brother, Arturs; nephew, Arturs (Lelde) Springis and his many relatives in Latvia. Preceded in death by son, Arthur and sister, Lidija Springis. Mass of Christian Burial Thurs. 11 AM at the Church of Our Lady of Grace, 5071 Eden Ave., Edina. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
