Meder, Diane Rawlings Beloved wife, daughter, sister, aunt and friend died suddenly on Thursday July 24, 2014. Born and raised in Indiana, Diane obtain-ed three master's degrees in sociolinguistics, business and clinical psychology from Miami University. A successful businesswoman she used her talents and skills to assist her clients, small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, in leadership development, change management and executive coaching. In addition, Diane was a licensed psychotherapist who helped numbers of individuals, families and couples. A kind, generous and caring woman with an ability to tell a good story and a refined sense of the ri-diculous, Diane connected with people of all ages and made a difference in many lives. Survivors are husband, Dave, mother and father, Twila and Max Rawlings, sister and brother-in-law, Janet and Alan Holaday, nephew Rodney (Jennifer) Holaday, niece Julie (Brian) Smith, niece Jill Holaday, great nephews and niece, Andrew and Tyler Holaday, Braden and Breanne Smith, brother-in-law John Meder, numerous friends and colleagues. A memorial service and celebration of Diane's life will take place on Saturday, September 6 at 10:30 at St. Martin's Episcopal Church, Minnetonka Beach, MN. In lieu of flowers, memorials should be directed to St. Martin's Foundation.
