Donovan, William J. "Bill" age 91 of St. Paul passed away on 12-14-2017. Preceded in death by parents, Frank and Alvina; siblings, Jim, Tom, Bob, and Maryann VanHeel. Survived by sister-in-law, Maxine and many nieces and nephews. Bill served in the Navy during WWII and retired from Honeywell as a Draftsman in 1987. Bill enjoyed his bowling league, hunting and fishing. The family wishes to thank the Staff of Highlands on Graham and Allina Hospice for their wonderful care of Bill. Mass of Christian Burial 10 AM Thursday December 28th at St. Columba Catholic Church, 1327 LaFond Ave. St. Paul. Visitation one hour prior. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
