Garin, Robert William Born January 2, 1936 and left us December 9, 2017. Bob grew up in Columbia Heights, MN. He was an amazing cake decorator and baker and worked for many companies retiring from McGlynn's Bakery. He studied opera singing and had a beautiful voice. He sang at many weddings of his friends and family and loved doing karaoke with his daughters. Bob was a funny and crazy guy who was always happy with his life. He is now in peace and we all will miss him so much. Preceded in death by parents, Tom and Netty Garin; in-laws, Pat and Sadie Winters; brothers, Leonard (Lou) Garin, Dick (Lorraine) Garin, David Garin; sisters, Margaret (Jerry) Moss; brother-in-law, Kenny Anderson. Survived by wife, Vickie Garin (Ron Borkenhagen); sister, Cathy Anderson; brother-in-laws, Johnny (Sherry) Winters, Rollie (Mike Suhr) Winters; daughters, Carla Garin, Belinda (Loren) Mahler, Bobbi (Bob) Disrud, Kelly Garin; grandchildren, Nikki (Randy) Kirschman, Georgie Gilliver, Chelsee (Tim) Hasselbring, Charlie Jacobson, Robert Jacobson, Eric Jacobson, Jack Tholen, Chase Disrud; great-grandchildren, Lexi Gilliver; Kylee Kirschman, Reid Kirschman, Carter Gilliver, Carson Gilliver, Charlie Jacobson, Adalee Hasselbring; step-grandchildren, Dustin Mahler, Mea Mahler, Levi Disrud, Tyler Disrud, Bryson Disrud; and many cousins, nephews, nieces, and great friends. A celebration of Bob's life will be held Saturday, December 30th from 12-4pm at Fancy Dancin' Dance Studio, 536 Northdale Blvd., Coon Rapids, MN.
