Haagenson, Kenneth Avery Age 85, of Plymouth, MN, was at home when he peacefully went to be with his Lord and Savior on Dec. 3, 2017. Ken was born on June 26, 1932, and grew up on a farm near Paynesville, MN. After graduation from Paynesville HS in 1950, he served in the U.S. Air Force. His technical training at Dunwoody Institute prepared him for his work on Apollo 11 in Seattle, WA and Huntsville, AL in the 1960's. He spent the last 30 years of his career as an admissions counselor at Dunwoody in Mpls. Ken used his numerous talents throughout his life to serve his family, community and church. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Barbara Albright Haagenson; his daughters, Gail (Phil) Cyrulik, Gwen (Michael) Cameron, Grace Haagenson and Gretchen (Mark) Potma; 10 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
