Erickson, Jeannette Alice Age 72, passed away peacefully on November 16, 2017 in the loving comfort of NC Little Hospice. Survived by her brother, Ronald Edberg, her children, Kersten (James) Terry, and Rob (Joyce) Erickson, along with family and friends. The family thanks the Bloomington Presbyterian Homes staff for their thoughtfulness and care over the last 2 years. Jeannette ("Jet") graduated from the University of Minnesota-Duluth with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. Spending most of her life in Bloomington, she dedicated much of her time to her children. She was a mother, an elementary school volunteer, a girl and boy scout troop leader and volunteered at Mount Olivet Lutheran Church. She enjoyed sewing, holiday decorating, watching golf, bridge and her questers antique club. Jeannette was known for her love of cooking, hosting parties and spending time at her beloved cabin at Sand Lake. Memorial Service at 4:30 PM Friday, December 1, at the Cremation Society of Minnesota-Edina, 7110 France Ave. S., followed by Celebration of Life at 7:00PM at David Fong's, 9329 Lyndale Ave S. Memorials preferred to the donor's favorite charity.
