Andre E. 'Andy' Belland

Belland, Andre E. "Andy" Age 94, of St. Paul, passed away November 14, 2017. Preceded in death by wife of 70 years, Frances (nee Jenko); parents, Eugene and Helen; sisters, Bernice (Al) LaBore and Clemence (Noah) Tessier. Survived by daughters, Bernadette (Jerry) Thomas and Christine (Robert) Maslonkowski; sons, James, Charles, and David (Chelle Dzik) Belland; 13 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Andy was born January 12, 1923 in Dellwood, MN. He graduated from White Bear Lake High School in 1941. Andy was a longtime 37 year employee of Northwestern Bell, who retired in 1984. He was also an active parishioner of St. Andrew's Catholic Church in Como Park. Mass of Christian Burial 11:30 AM Tuesday, November 21 at ST. JOHN THE EVANGELIST CATHOLIC CHURCH, 380 E. Little Canada Rd, Little Canada. Visitation AT THE CHURCH from 9-11:30 AM Tuesday. Interment St. John's Church Cemetery. Luncheon to follow the burial at Little Venetian Restaurant in Little Canada.
