Henrikson, Elene N. of Coon Rapids, born March 29, 1935 in Decorah, Iowa, passed away October 19, 2017. Preceded in death by husband, Harold; parents, Sigurd and Ruth Hanson; brother, Stanley. Survived by children, Steve, Eric (Teresa), Stacey (Greg), Karin (Jonathan); six grandchildren; and one great grandchild. Graduated from Luther College. Her favorite job was teaching pre-school at Normandale Lutheran Church. She was a loving mother and Mormor. Faithful and active church member. Gardening, reading, music, seasonal decorating and shopping for others were some of her passions. Memorial service 11 AM Friday October 27 at Faith Lutheran Church, 11115 Hanson Blvd. NW, Coon Rapids, with visitation one hour before. Private interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
