Barbara S. (Frost) Olson

Olson, Barbara S. (Frost) age 67 of Spring Lake Park, passed away peacefully in her sleep on October 11, 2017 after a courageous fight with on going medical issues. She is preceded in death by her daughter Christine (Frost) and father Donald Schultz. Survived by her husband Bruce, mother Faye Schultz, brothers Steven Schultz, Mark Schultz and James Schultz, sisters Debbie (John) Helmer and Diane Hawkins, children Michael (Jeneane) Frost and Michelle Neilson, 2 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, as well as, many other family members and friends. Barbara enjoyed being outside in her gardens and traveling. The family is asking in lieu of flowers a donation to St. Judes Children's Hospital be made in her honor. A remembrance gathering will be held on Friday, October 20, 2017 at Walker Methodist Health Center's chapel, 3737 Bryant Ave So, Minneapolis, from 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm.
