Hazzard, Vanessa E. (Pommerer) Age 32, of Chaska, passed away Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at Oregon Health University in Portland, OR. Survivors include her loving husband, Nick; children, Grace and Grayden Dahlke of Chaska; father, David Pommerer of Litchfield; mother, Joan (Randy Peterson) Harren of Hutchinson; brothers, Dillan Peterson of Hutchinson, Joe (Tiffany) Pommerer of Silver Lake; parents-in-law, Mark (Sharon Simonson) Hazzard of Forest Lake; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Matt (Jennifer) Hazzard of Hugo, Erica (Andy) Gardner of Mpls, Hilary Hazzard (Kevin Landsverk) of Mpls., and the "Wolf Pack" - Mollie Terlinden, Kelly Pearce and Angela Karstens; also other relatives and many friends. Visitation Wednesday 4-8 PM at the Bertas Funeral Home, 200 W. 3rd St., Chaska, and also one hour prior to the Mass at church. Prayer Service Wednesday at 7:30 PM.
