Simon, Glory A. (nee Walters) age 82, of Edina, MN passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family on Sept. 4, 2017. Preceded in death by husbands, Robert M. Thor (retired Lt. Col. USAF) and Gerard Simon; brothers, Marshall, William and Robert Walters. Survived by sister, Mary Schmelz; sisters-in-law Betty Hardacker and Carrie Walters; daughters, Victoria Thor (Martin Harris) and Valerie (Brian) Strobel; grandchildren, Josef and Lily Harris, Lauren and Dale Strobel; great-granddaughter, Addilyn Strobel; and many nieces and nephews. Memorial Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Saturday, Sept. 30 at the Church of St. Patrick, Valley View & Gleason Road, Edina, MN. Visitation one hour prior to the service.
