Ronald Charles Moore, Sr.

Moore, Ronald Charles, Sr. age 85 of Ham Lake, fell asleep watching a Twins game for the last time on August 21, 2017. Ron was born on July 29, 1932 in Ham Lake to Charles and Hope (Ahlberg) Moore. He married MaryAnn Barilla on April 25, 1959. Ron served in the 7th Armored Cavalry. He was a member of Carpenters Locals 7, 851, and 322. Ron is survived by his children, Terese (Ken) Bjornstad, Judy (Eric) Marleau, and Ron (Pam) Moore, Jr.; grandchildren, Jake (Alexa) Bjornstad, Kristin Bjornstad; Ben, Hope, and Zach Marleau; and RC and Taylor Moore; and great granddaughter, Lennon Bjornstad. Ron was preceded in death by his wife, MaryAnn; parents and his sisters, Ruth Moore and Margaret Lawson. Memorial service Saturday, September 23 at 11:00 am at Glen Cary Lutheran Church in Ham Lake, MN. Visitation prior to the service starting at 9:30 am. Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis, MN. Memorials preferred to the donor's favorite charity.
