Ralph Timothy (Tim) White

White, Ralph Timothy (Tim) age 56 of Eagan, passed away peacefully on August 16th, 2017. Preceded in death by father Ralph A. White, grandparents Helen & Walter Zahradka and Ralph & Marge White. Survived by wife Ruthann; children Scott (Heather) White, Robyn (Sam) Gaylord, Margaret (Julian) Ross, Andrew White; grandson Odin White and future grandson Noah Ross; mother Helen White; siblings Todd (Kathe) White, Terry (Christine) White, & Annette Nesseth; and multiple nieces and nephews. Tim is a graduate of the Academy of Holy Angels ('79), and Minnesota State University, Mankato ('84). He was a 30-year employee with Allina Health Security at Abbott Northwestern Hospital and a 16-year employee with the City of Minneapolis. Starting at a young age Tim devoted his time to volunteering beginning with the Minnetonka Police Explorers and the Boy Scouts of America as both a Scout and later as a Leader for his son's troop. Tim spent 19 years with the Hennepin County Sherriff's Volunteer Emergency Squad, 10 years as a director for Eagan's July 4th Funfest and was involved with the Aquatennial since he was a teenager and for the last 15 years as the Divisional Director of the Minneapolis Aquatennial Torchlight Parade and was always willing to lend a helping hand whenever and wherever he could. He will be deeply missed by all his family and friends.
