Stoeckel, Marie Virginia (Tokar) Age 89. Born July 16, 1928 in NE Mpls to Marie Louise (Cieslak) and John Peter Tokar. Married Clarence Stoeckel November 8, 1952 in Iowa and raised their 3 children in Columbia Heights. She passed to eternal life August 12, 2017 at Catholic Eldercare Mpls. Preceded in death by husband of 62 years, Clarence; her parents and sister, Dorothy Jaremko. Survived by children, Deb (Greg) Krause of CA, Jeff (Pam) of Cedar, and Steve (Lisa) of CO; 5 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren; siblings, John (Virginia), Lorraine Moore and Ed (Jean). Funeral service 11 AM Tuesday, August 22 with visitation starting 1 hour prior at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, 4101 Washington St NE, Columbia Heights. Interment Glen Haven.
