McGorman, Donald C. Navy Veteran-WWII Age 89 of Woodbury on Saturday, August 12, 2017. Survived by loving wife of 67 years and best friend, Mavis; children, Suzanne (Robert) Heinemann, St. Louis, MO, Michael (Priscilla), Forest, VA, and Nancy (Paul) Neumann, Oakdale, MN; grandchildren, Brian (Brittany), Erik, and Sean Heinemann, Jonathan (Destiny), Jason (Bethany), and Jared McGorman; Brittany (Zak) Milton, and Natalie Neumann; four great-grandchil-dren; sister, Mary (Lloyd) Shields, Mpls; and many nephews, nieces, and beloved friends. Preceded in death by son, Terry. Former employee of The Pillsbury Co. and M&St. L Railway Co. Member of the Transportation Club of Mpls and St. Paul. Longtime skier at Buck Hill. Past member of the Woodbury Park Patrol (#6). Past President of the Woodbury Crime Prevention & Public Safety Board. Past Volunteer at Valley Crossing School. Past President of the Bloomington Athletic Assn., Bloomington, MN and little league coach. Visitation Tuesday, August 22 from 4-7 at Wulff Woodbury Funeral Home, 2195 Woodlane Dr., Woodbury, MN. Funeral Service Wednesday, August 23 at 11 AM with visitation one hour prior at Woodbury Lutheran Church, 7380 Afton Rd, Woodbury, MN. Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
