Cleveland, Nicholas C. "Nico" age 37 of Mpls, passed away on August 9, 2017 at UMMC. Survived by parents, Jerry and Karen Cleveland and brother, Elliot; many aunts, uncles, cousins and a large host of friends. Preceded in death by grandparents, an aunt, an uncle and a cousin. Nick was a 1998 graduate of St. Louis Park High School. He was a graduate of Ft. Lewis College, Durango, CO and attended the University of Minnesota. Nick loved music and was a very talented musician. He was dedicated to all children and families in need. Nick was passionate about his career in social services especially his employment at Jewish Family Children's Services and Resource, Inc. He was a bright soul who's light touched many people, family and friends. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
