Perkins, Jerome Bronson May 1, 1939 to August 18, 2007 Beloved Partner, Father, Brother, Son, Uncle, Grandfather, Cousin, Artist, Thinker, Peacemaker, Coun-selor and Friend. Born on his sister's 3rd birthday to Francis E Perkins and Clara Mina (Bronson) Perkins in Washington, DC. Preceded in death by his parents and dear brother Doug. Married for over 30 years to Jean (Bonney) Perkins mother to their daughters. Tragically, ironically and accident-ally killed after surviving 50 years of diabetes, recovery from a kidney transplant and living life alert to dangerous risk. He left behind a life interrupted, dreams unfinished and family and friends grieving. Despite our loss, we celebrate the chance for hope, as he was an organ donor, on this 10th anniversary of his death, he's still terribly missed. Survived by partner Peg Hayes, daughters Anjeanette Perkins, Lisa-Jean Forslund and Laurie Perkins, grandson Adric Forslund, sister Diane Boydell, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
