Rhoda A. (Thoreson) Becklund

Becklund, Rhoda A.(Thoreson) Age 79, passed away on March 14, 2017. She grew up in Pipestone, MN and lived most of her life in Plymouth, MN. She attended St. Olaf College and received her RN and PHN nursing degrees from the University of Minnesota. Rhoda dedicated her life to helping others and working in the home health care industry until the time of her passing. She began her career as a Public Health Nurse and in 1984 started her own business; Becklund Home Health Care. Rhoda is survived by sons Robbie (Anna) and Tom, grandson Dexter Becklund, nephew Steve (Amy) Snook, other relatives and friends. A gathering to celebrate Rhoda's life will be held on Friday, July 28th at Kip's Pub (9970 Wayzata Blvd, off 394 & 169) from 5-7 PM.
