Duncan III, Russell Cushman "Rusty" age 69, of Excelsior, MN passed away July 20, 2017. He is survived by his wife, Marlene; mother, Eva Johnson; sons, Russell "Chip" (Karen) Duncan, Andy Duncan; 7 grand-children; brother, Eric (Mary Jo) Duncan; sister, Julie (Paul) Haberle; step-children, Jimmy (Susie) Emmerling, Kathy (Sean) Riley, Kim Breck. Member of the Minneapolis Rotary Club 9, Past President of Industrial Distributors Association, Duncan Company, and IMI. Celebration of life 11 AM Friday, July 28th at Mount Calvary Church, 301 County Rd 19, Excelsior. Visitation one hour prior to service at the church.
