Casanova, Max Charles age 79 of St. Paul, MN. Passed away Friday, July 14th surrounded by family. He is preceded by his first loving wife, Rita, second loving wife, Jacquelyn, and daughter, Diane (Casanova) Tronnier. He will be deeply missed by his family that survives him; the Casanova children, Charles, David, Donald, Priscilla; the Altenbach children; Robert, Amy (Mooney), Beth and Walter; 19 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Born in Ramona, South Dakota, Max lived most of his life in St. Paul, Minnesota where he raised his family with dedication and love. In the Navy, he worked as an engineer on the first nuclear aircraft carrier, the USS Enterprise, followed by a career at Ramsey Engineering. Max had a stoic demeanor that easily transformed into a big smile at the sight of his family. He valued a hard day's work, his Catholic faith, and the importance of gathering with family to share a meal. He enjoyed tending to the garden, manning the grill, and at one time, a martini full of olives. Please join us in a celebration of Max's life at St. Frances Cabrini Church, 1500 S.E. Franklin Ave., Minneapolis, MN 55414, on Wednesday, July 26th at 11am with a Visitation one hour prior. Roseville Memorial Chapel
