Madeline Weghorst

Weghorst, Madeline of Roseville passed away Friday, June 23 at her home. Born in Omaha, Madeline graduated U of Nebraska Omaha, as a member of the first Special Education class in the country. She spent her entire career enriching the lives of children with special needs. Madeline was a phenomenal cook and gardener, and a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Survived by her husband of 48 years, Ray; children, Laura and Matt (Caryn) Weghorst; grandchildren, Violet and June; and 3 siblings, Richard (Connie) Menke, Gretchen (Steve) Anderson, and Kristin (John) Dye. Funeral Service 11:00 AM, Wed. June 28 at St. Timothy Lutheran Church, 1465 Victoria St. N., St. Paul (visitation 10 11 AM at church).
