Dysart, Lorraine L. Age 101, formerly of Crystal, passed away June 20, 2017 at Waconia Good Samaritan Society, just weeks shy of her 102nd birthday. She was born on the family farm in Waverly, MN. She is preceded in death by her husband John Dysart, grandson, Kirk Boyum; brother, Roland Diers; and sister, Gladys Newton. She is survived by children Edward (Judy) Dysart; Nancy (Harold) Boyum; Sharon (Steve) Hanson; Jeanette (Greg) Pryor; six grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Lorraine was a retired elementary school teacher and a gifted ceramics and china-painting artist. She and John loved to travel and volunteer in their church, Robbinsdale United Church of Christ, and the community. A special thank you to the wonderful staff at Good Samaritan Society of Waconia, who cared for her like family for the past eight years.
