Mulcahy, Sean Anthony Age 50, of Minneapolis, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, May 24, 2017. He was a 1985 graduate of Minneapolis South High School, where he participated in running, skiing, and band. He also obtained a Bachelors in Architecture from the University of Minnesota. Sean was a gifted architect and artist who worked on various projects across the metro area. Sean had a great interest in the outdoors and throughout his life participated in marathons, travel, camping, hiking, and biking. His friends and family will remember him for his sense of humor, affectionate nature, love of food, and enjoyment of music from Beethoven to Prince. He was also a friend of Bill who will be remembered for his service to the 2400 Club. Sean is survived by his parents, Rosella and Joseph Mulcahy; daughter, Sienna Barbeau; partner, Anita Gonzalez; siblings, Donna (Steve Kelly), Paul, and Colleen; nieces, Fiona and Maeve, and many friends and family. Mass of Christian Burial Friday, June 2, 1 pm at CHURCH OF ST. STANISLAUS, 398 Superior Street, St. Paul. Lunch will follow at O'Garas. Visitation Thursday, June 1, 5-8 pm at BRADSHAW, 3131 Minnehaha Ave. S., Minneapolis. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to a mental health support or recovery organization.
