Keith, Dylan Lee Age 30 of Mpls. passed away May 20, 2017. Preceded in death by mother Deborah Eileen Berg. Survived by brother Marcus Lee Berg; father Daniel Brian Keith; grandmothers Lavonne (Richard), Doris; grandfather Carl (Dee); great grandmother Eunice (Merle); aunts Michele (Joel) Pam; great aunt Kim (John); uncle Aaron (Jackie); cousins KeOntay, Damian, Madison, Chelsey, Dahlia, McKenzie; many other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Memorial service 2 PM Friday, June 9 with visitation 1/2 hour prior to service at Lakewood Chapel, 3600 Hennepin Ave. S., Mpls.
