Monette, Mary C. (nee Dunn) Beloved Mother & Grandmother Age 84. Mary C. Monette (nee Dunn) passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 19 surrounded by her loving children. Born Sept. 22, 1929, Mary was a lifetime resident of St. Paul and Maplewood. A beautiful woman with a generous heart and a strong sense of determination, Mary was proud of her Irish heritage and a woman of faith who devoted herself to her family. Charming and witty, she had a great sense of humor and a ready smile. She loved to garden, craft, bake, dance, sing and watch sports and was an avid Hockey Mom. Mary worked for First National Bank of St. Paul, Shoppers City, Beaver Landscape, Venburg Tire, Gausman & Moore and M.P. Mortenson & Son. She was a member of the Gladstone Gay-it-Tease, Mary- knoll Club, garden & card clubs and Maplewood Community Center. Survived by her loving sister, Helen Hermann; children, Cathe Picek (Jerry Bohnsack), John (Annie), Terry (Dave Herbert), Marijo, Maggie (Steve) Kauf- mann, Bob, Betsy (Dave) Fuller, Bill, Jim (Kiyomi) and Joe (Tammy); grandchildren, Judd Picek (Pam Hoglin), Seth (Allison) Monette, Maia Monette (Justin Steenberg), Matt Herbert (Farzana Hoque), Cassie Herbert, Heather Alton, Cody & Jesse Shipley, Sarah (Tori) Kaufmann-Paulman, Jerad Kaufmann (Casie Davidson), Merrick Kaufmann, Lia Monette, Luke (Hope) Mon- ette, Thomas Westerlund, Dustin (Jennifer) Fuller, Dillon Fuller, Eli Monette (Felicia Monje), Josh Monette, Megan, Kiara and Mae Monette, Mike and Maddy Mon- ette; great-grandchildren, Jack Hoglin, Kensi Picek, Whit Mon- ette, Charlotte Monette, Macy and Brennan Alton, Emersyn and Maddax Jones, Huxley Shipley, Anika Kaufmann-Paulman, Justus Coots, Maia Grace and Wyatt Monette and Isabella Fuller. Visitation on Wednesday, June 25 from 4 to 8pm at Mueller Memorial Parkway Chapel, 835 Johnson Pkwy., St. Paul. Visitation from 9 to 10:30 am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am on Thursday, June 26, at Presentation of the BVM, 1725 Kennard St., Maplewood, with a luncheon to follow. Private interment will be at Resurrection Cemetery.
