Rice, Melvin Dale Age 90 of Bloomington, MN passed away peacefully on April 19, 2017 surrounded by his loving family. Preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ann; his two precious daughters Terri & Nancy; his parents; 4 brothers and 2 sisters. Survived by 3 children; 1 daughter-in-law; 9 grandchildren; 9 great-grand- children; 1 brother; 2 sisters and many nieces, nephews and loving friends. He was a kind soul, a dedicated family man and a proud World War II veteran who served in Germany. Graveside Service at Fort Snelling National Cemetery, MN on June 2, 2017 at 1:30 pm, Assembly Area #4.
