Hanson, Wesley G. "Wes" Was called home to be with the Lord on April 25, 2017 at the age of 93 years. Preceded in death by parents Arthur and Mabel Hanson; sisters Arlene Karjala and Florence Ranta. Survived by his loving wife Esther; daughters Laurie Freerks (Robert) and Lynn Hedrick (Mark) as well as 3 grandchildren Dean Freerks, Jessica Rogers and Jennifer Brueggman; 6 great grandchildren; and his brother Glenn. His family and friends will greatly miss him. Wes spent his career in sheet metal fabrication and became a skilled craftsman in marquetry and wood carving. Memorial service Saturday, April 29 at 12:30 PM at Oak Knoll Lutheran Church, 600 Hopkins Crossroad, Minnetonka, MN. Visitation one hour prior to service.
