Colburn, Rachelle M. age 46, of Chanhassen, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 4, 2017. She was preceded in death by her father, Ronald Colburn, paternal grandparents and maternal grandfather. Her memory will be cherished by survivors including her children; Brandon, Tyler, Gavin and Claire; her mother Charlene, her siblings; Christopher, Chad, Heidi and Moriah, and many extended relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 12th starting at 7:00pm with visitation 2 hours prior to service at Grace Lutheran Church of Apple Valley, 7800 West County Road 42, Apple Valley, MN 55124.
