Bunn, Donald John age 78 of Bloomington went home to be with his Lord after a long battle with Alzheimer's on June 18, 2014, sur- rounded by his loving family. Survived by wife, Dinah; daughter, Juli (Steven) Sanders; sons, David (Jeff Hay) and Robert (Andrea); grandsons, Christopher, Benjamin, Owen and Lincoln. Don honorably served his country in the Navy during the Korean War. He was a devoted father and loving husband who never forgot a birthday or anniversary. He was an astute businessman who started his own office furniture company. As an expert (and author of 13 books) on Dodge pickups, Don Bunn was known as Mr. Dodge to truck enthusiasts around the world. A heart felt thank you to the outstanding compassionate staff on 19-4 at the Mpls Veteran's Home who showered Don and Dinah with care and compassion over the past 2 years. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred. Funeral service Tuesday, June 24, 11 AM at the Chapel of Peace Building 15, Mpls Veterans Home, 5101 Minnehaha Ave, Mpls.
