Warmka, Judy A. (nee Cunningham) age 76 of Bloomington. Died at home surrounded by family after a long and courageous batde against endometrial cancer. Through her battle, she leaned on her faith and family for comfort. Preceded in death by her husband, Gary in 1999. She was also preceded in death by her parents, James and Sophie Cunningham, a sister, Geri Zabilla and sisters-in-law, Joan Cunningham, Mary Warmka, Sue Warmka, and Janet Schultz, brothers-in-law, Robert Warmka, Clem Schultz, Bryan "Bud" Warmka and Jim Laxen. Survived by children and their spouses, Scott (Sharon) Warmka, Gary (Jenny) Warmka and Melanie (Scott) Rise; grandchildren, William, Allison, John, Matthew, Katherine, Caroline, Joseph and Ryan Warmka; Adam Warmka and Thomas and Sofia Rise; brothers, Robert Cunningham and James "Dick" (Judith) Cunningham. She is also survived by her brothers and sisters-in-law, Len Zabilla, Carole and Pete Berg, Mary Lou Warmka, Warren and Ruth Warmka, Charlotte Laxen, Bill and Sharon Warmka as well as many nieces, nephews, their families and her Blessed Trinity family. Mass of Christian Burial, Monday, April 24th, 10:30 am at the Catholic Church of St. Peter, 6730 Nicollet Ave. S. Interment Assumption Catholic Church Cemetery. Visitation Sunday, from 4-8 pm at the Morris Nilsen Chapel, 6527 Portland Ave. S. and one hour prior to the Mass at church. Prayer service 7 PM Sunday.
