Wilcox, Robert W. Lt. Col. USAF (Ret) Age 96 of Melbourne, FL. Formerly of Rice Lake, WI, died April 11, 2017. Preceded in death by Lorraine E. and daughter Mary Jean Wilcox. Sur- vived by children, Susan (Terry) Watkins of Gainesville, VA. Robert W.Jr. (Mary), Eden Prairie, MN , Michael J.(Gay), Eau Claire, WI; grandchildren Brian (Kaye) Schrinel, Aaron (Angie) Schrinel, Laura Wilcox, Amanda Wilcox, Gary (Jamie) Wilcox, Brittany and Bridgett Franz; great grandchildren, Andrew, Emma, Katie, Tyler, Jordan, and Jake; nieces, nephews & friends. He served in WWII as a bomber pilot with over 73 missions in Europe including D-Day. Bob was a sweet, wise and very humble man. He loved hugs and blowing kisses. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred. Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Friday, April 21 at Pax Christi Catholic Community, 12100 Pioneer Trail, Eden Prairie. Visitation 1 hour prior to Mass at the church and also Thursday, April 20, 5-7 PM at Washburn-McReavy Eden Prairie Chapel. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
