Haasken, Bernard Age 91 of NE Minneapolis, passed away June 15, 2014. Loving husband and father. WWII POW. Preceded in death by son Richard; brother Clifford; sisters Adelaide, Delores & Myrtle. Survived by devoted wife of 71 years Isabel; daughters Nancy (Lyle) Hiljus, Wendy (Tom) Lofy, Suzanne Partyka; grandchildren Dawn (Shawn), Kristi (Chris), Jennifer (Matt), Stas', Alison, Angela, Melissa, and Michael; great-grand-children, Justin, Nick (Paula), Ryan, Adrianne, Isabel, Luke, Brianna, Carson; other loving relatives and friends. We all feel so blessed to have had him for as long as we did. Per his wishes there will be no services.
