Mary Constance (Nettleton) McCauley

McCauley, Mary Constance (Nettleton) age 92, passed away amongst family on Wednesday, March 15, 2017, in Rockwall, TX. She was born September 28, 1924, in Mason City, IA, to Thomas Nettleton and Margaret Walsh. Connie married Lyle J. McCauley, Jr., on January 26, 1952, and they raised seven children together. She was a devoted wife and mother. Mary was a woman of faith, born and raised Catholic, and it was this faith that stayed with her throughout her life. She is survived by her seven children (Spouse): David (Kathy), Tim (Nancy), Cathy Mulligan (Pete), Tom, Sue Ackerman (Mike), Dan (Shelby) and Maureen Goodfellow (Greg); and 15 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by sisters: Joann Rowan, Judy Herlyck and Pat Gansen; and brothers: Robert, Michael and Richard. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband: Lyle J. McCauley, Jr.; and brother: Terry Nettleton. A remembrance of Mary's life will be held on April 8th at St. Timothy's Catholic Church in Blaine, Minnesota. Visitation will be at 11:00am followed by a funeral mass at 12:00pm.
