Moen, Neil L. age 88, of Brooklyn Park. Preceded in death by parents, Alma & Gustav and brothers, George and Glen. Survived by wife of 38 years, Donna; children, JeanAnn (Richard) Buller, Eric (Hsu-Hui) Moen, Deb Fisher (Al), Diane (Mark) Branch, and Dave (Sue) Fisher; 6 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; brother, Wally (Evelyn) Moen; sister-in-law, Joan Moen; and many other relatives and friends. Service 11 AM Saturday, March 25, with a celebration of his life from 10-11 AM, at Family of God Lutheran Church, 8625 Zane Ave. N., Brooklyn Park.
