Woodruff, James, Jr. "J.P." age 87, of Shoreview, died March 7, 2017. Preceded in death by parents, James and Ruby; brothers, Ancil and Jimmy; sister, Elizabeth. He was a proud Navy veteran, avid golfer, loving husband and father, and was loved by all. Survived by wife, Katherine; son, Jim (Sheila); sister, Lavonne; many nieces and nephews. Visitation Thursday, March 30, 4-7 PM with service at 6:30 PM all at Washburn-McReavy Northeast Chapel. Private interment at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
