Manthey, Timothy Owen aged 58, Saint Louis Park, died tragically on Wednesday, February 22nd, 2017. Tim was a successful entrepreneur. Starting nine businesses; including founding Big Ten Restaurants and most recently Collapsible Cooler. Tim had a full life traveling to over 30 countries, running for Minnesota Senate and House, taking care of his parents, building a beautiful home and farm that he cherished. Tim also loved to cook for friends and family. Many enjoyed his crockpot meals and barbecued ribs. Anyone who stopped by during a Packers game was sure to be fed. Tim was preceded in death by his parents Harland and Grace Manthey. He is survived by his long-term love Carolyn, many friends and family in the Manitowoc, Wisconsin area. The pride of Tim's life was mentoring his "little brother", Johan Gjenvick. A memorial service will be held later this year at the farm.
