Hughes, Robert Shanley "Bob" Age 96, of Edina, passed away on February 21, 2017. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Hughes; parents, Edmund "Doc" & Ellen "Elyda" Hughes; sisters, Margaret Perius, Isabel Hughes, and Mary Elizabeth Backes. He is survived by his sister, Katherine Beiers; children, Roberta Stevenson, Patrick (Wendy) Hughes, and Michael (Sheila) Hughes; 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Saturday, March 4, 11 AM at Church of St. Patrick, 6820 St. Patrick's Ln, Edina. Visitation one hour prior to Mass.
