McGoldrick, Francis "Frank" age 87 died 02/16/17 of congestive heart failure. Born in Nyack, NY. Survived by wife of 53 years Virginia "Ginny"; son, Mike (Susan); grandchildren, Sarah and Thomas; brother, John of NYC; 2 nieces and 3 nephews. Preceded in death by brother, George; sister-in-laws, Skippy and Cathy. Graduate of Lehigh University. Member of Newman Club and Theta Chi Fraternity. From 1951-1953 he served in US Army Counterintelligence Corps. Employed by Lederle Laboratories, Pearl River, NY and Mpls. for 20 years. Then McQuay International for 30 years. He was an active volunteer at the Church of St. Patrick, Edina Historical Society and Edina Youth Sports Programs. He also was a Minnesota High School League Football Referee. Special thanks for the very special care from all the staff at Sunrise of Edina and Fairview Homecare and Hospice. Mass of Christian Burial Thursday 11 a.m. at the Church of St. Patrick, 6820 St. Patrick's Lane, Edina, MN with luncheon to follow. Visitation Wednesday 4-7 p.m. with Rosary Service 6 p.m. at Gill Brothers Funeral Home,5801 Lyndale Ave. S., Minneapolis, MN and one hour prior to mass at church.
